Recruiter
MARTIN Technologies is seeking an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across our diverse operational areas. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process that supports our continued growth in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and marine industries.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
Identify and engage with prospective candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop innovative strategies to attract high-caliber talent in a competitive market.Candidate Screening & Selection:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from reviewing resumes and conducting interviews to coordinating assessments and reference checks—ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies that align with department goals.Applicant Tracking & Reporting:
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain up-to-date candidate information, monitor progress, and generate recruitment reports that provide insights for continuous improvement.Employer Branding:
Promote MARTIN Technologies as an employer of choice by actively communicating our company culture, values, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to relevant legal guidelines and company policies, with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in recruiting.Recruitment Expertise:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition, preferably within a technical or engineering environment. Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and the use of ATS and HR databases is essential.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Organizational Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.Proactive & Self-Motivated:
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
