Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Wire Harness Team Lead who will oversee aspects of our Wire Harness Department. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflow, and meeting program goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Oversight: Lead and manage all operations within the Wire Harness Department, including production, testing, and quality control.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct wire harness testing, board setup, layout, and validation to guarantee product reliability.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality measures across the production floor; ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Plant Floor Coordination: Organize plant floor layouts and manage supply chains to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in production, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries; communicate project progress and address any concerns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Program Growth: Manage Program Leaders to strategize and execute plans for program growth, including developing and securing new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Industry Experience: Proven coordination experience with Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with professional etiquette.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient with wire harness design, testing methodologies, and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities; able to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering high-quality customer service and building lasting relationships.
  • Adaptability: Flexible, creative, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
