We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dynamometer Technician. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, committed to maintaining an excellent attendance record, and capable of working a full 40-hour schedule. In this role, you will operate and maintain our dynamometer equipment while ensuring accurate testing results and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and Monitor Equipment: Run dynamometers according to established procedures, monitoring performance to ensure accurate test results.
- Perform Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and make basic repairs to avoid downtime.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with fellow technicians and other departments to maintain efficient workflows and meet project goals.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety guidelines, ensuring that the work area remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Data Recording & Reporting: Accurately document test outcomes, noting any deviations or issues and promptly reporting them to supervisors.
- Follow Detailed Instructions: Execute testing procedures precisely, adjusting parameters as needed to meet testing requirements.
- Effective Communication: Clearly communicate with supervisors and team members about progress, needs, and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Technical Experience: Prior experience with dynamometer operations or related technical equipment is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures with precision.
- Reliable Attendance: Proven track record of excellent punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Team-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Immediate Availability: Ready to begin work as soon as possible.
