Position Overview
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) Engineer to support vehicle and system development by analyzing, predicting, and mitigating noise and vibration issues across powertrain, chassis, and body systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead NVH development activities for vehicle programs
Perform test-based NVH analysis (accelerometers, microphones, FFT, modal testing)
Conduct CAE simulations (FEA, MBD, acoustic modeling)
Identify root causes and implement countermeasures
Develop and validate NVH targets
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Support vehicle builds and testing activities
Present findings to engineering teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
3–10+ years of NVH experience
Strong knowledge of acoustics, vibration, and signal processing
Experience with LMS Test.Lab, HEAD acoustics, Brüel & Kjær
Experience with ANSYS, Abaqus, or Nastran
Automotive experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EV NVH
Hands-on vehicle testing
Knowledge of Transfer Path Analysis
MATLAB or Python experience
